In Shantiniketan, staff & students celebrates birthday, at the same time, staff plans for major festival activities, they do door decoration for each festival with the theme, and people and parents celebrate wedding anniversaries, birth days. Also, we celebrate all major Indian Hindu festivals including Christmas, this way student will understand and know about each festival, by seeing, by doing hands on activities and by actively participating students will remember for a longer period.
